What is a women's* circle?

 

A women's* circle is essentially a safe space where women* of all ages come together.

Together we create a safer space in which we can express ourselves.
A place for all our emotions and feelings.
A container in which we are not allowed to hide and rather show ourselves in full vitality.

Like the lotus blossom that lives in the dark and in the mud and that always for a moment reaches up to the light and shows itself. Unlike the lotus blossom, it is our goal that we may live out and experience this inner and outer beauty and perfection in our entire everyday life.

 

What do you do in a women's* circle?

 

The activities in women's* circles are very diverse. They include meditations, Reiki energy healings, women* and moon cycle rituals, emotion work, self-love moments, singing, cocoa ceremonies, dance and various body work we do together in the world of sisterhood circles.
